All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Surecart, Paypal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during the process, unless you join a membership.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.theaudacityofher.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are tangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact us at hello@theaudacityofher.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
You are entitled to returning Your Physical Item Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for returning an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Digital products are non-refundable.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
You, the buyer, may get a full refund of a purchased ticket, without penalty or obligation, on a case by case basis.
If You, the buyer, contact us at least 7 days before the actual event start date, you may get a partial refund of a purchased ticket, as long as the event does not say “non-refundable”.
All event tickets are non-refundable after the event, except in the instance of event cancellation.

Coaching and Private group(s) purchases are refundable. You are entitled to request a full refund within 5 business days with just cause. Refunds are given on a case by case basis.

Subscription purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. If you are having any trouble please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal charge and we can cancel it for you (email: hello@theaudacityofher.com).
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer any refunds or returns for any reason.
